i think that until i’m in the right head space to actually stick to a diet instead of what i’ve been doing for the past 4/5 years i don’t deserve to be on here as a thinspo blog or have all these beautiful followers. i’ll check back in every now and again but for the most part i need to figure myself out first. i’ve come to this realisation after almost devouring a whole pizza (there’s a few slices left) and i don’t have the strength to purge. i need to be stronger, right now i can’t do this. if any of you are in adelaide, australia, please message me! i need some support in real life!
